Tapper's Garden

 

 

During the summer I sat at gardens walks and worked on Plein air paintings. This painting was at the Romeo garden walk. Of course, it took me more than a day to complete this one.  I chose this flying swan sculpture out of many sculptures. They are all beautiful and any one would be a good choice. This swan sculpture had a wall behind them with water running over it. My understanding is this sculpture weighs about the same as an automobile and was quite a process to put a foundation down first to support it. It was a fabulous garden to visit.
