DQ is a beautiful Shetland Sheepdog that has competed in many shows. Her breed is extremely bright, sensitive and very willing to please. This painting was done on prepared masonite in acrylic. This piece goes to a private collector, thank you.
Cow Statue
Milking Shorthorn Cow This was a little different request for me to do also. Normally, the statues of cows in front yards that you see are black and white for dairy cattle. This one is going to a farm that raise Gurnsey. Originated in the channel island between France and England, named after Gurnsey island. I had a photo of one of their cows for reference so I could duplicate the same markings. Now she will stand proudly outside at their farm. Please share your comments. Thanks much.
